診療科紹介

科の特色

平成25（2013）年4月に形成外科専門医1名が着任し、診療を開始しました。平成27（2015）年4月からは、常任医1名が加わり、2名体制になりました。広島大学病院形成外科の連携施設として診療および専門医の育成に当たっています。

対象疾患（対象とする疾患や症状）

年齢や性別、部位を問わず体表に関するあらゆる疾患（外傷、先天異常、腫瘍やきずあと・ケロイド、美容的なお悩み）を取り扱っています。

診療内容

創傷のケア（より早く、傷まず、きれいに治すような処置）のほかに、手術治療を行います。一般形成外科のほか、再建外科分野では身体のあらゆる部位で、他科とのチーム医療において力を発揮します。創部を目立たないようきれいに縫合することから、植皮術、皮弁術、組織拡張器を用いた再建、神経・骨・腱・毛髪などの移植、神経吻合術、微小血管吻合術を要する遊離皮弁や遊離腸管移植、遊離複合組織移植まで対応しています。

他診療科とのチーム医療の具体例を、以下に示します。

乳腺外科

外科チームと密な連携を取っており、乳癌手術時の同時乳房再建を行っています。近年保険認可となった人工乳房による再建と、より自然な自家組織による再建、いずれも可能です。他院乳癌術後の再建、乳癌術後のきずあとやひきつれ、乳輪乳頭形成術、陥没乳頭の治療も行います。

耳鼻咽喉科・歯科口腔外科

ピアスケロイドや副耳、小耳症など先天性の耳介変形、顔面外傷や目立つきずあと・変形に対応しています。その他にも顔面神経麻痺の再建や、遊離組織移植術を用いた頭頸部再建にも取り組んでいます。

救急科

小児や女性の顔面外傷、四肢・顔面皮膚軟部組織損傷、広範なデグロビング損傷、難治性潰瘍などに対して、初期治療から協力をしています。

整形外科

巻き爪・陥入爪の保存および手術治療を行っています。四肢の術後・外傷後難治性潰瘍・ケロイドに対する治療や、四肢・体幹部腫瘍切除後欠損の再建も行います。

脳神経外科

頭皮瘢痕性脱毛、頭蓋顔面外傷後変形の治療から、頭部に作成した皮弁や、組織拡張器による頭皮の再建、遊離皮弁移植により、脳神経外科手術をサポートしています。

皮膚科

あざ、ホクロの治療・相談のほかにも、皮膚科医師と協力して熱傷後瘢痕拘縮の機能再建（植皮術・皮弁術）、皮膚悪性腫瘍切除後の再建、褥瘡の手術治療、足壊疽の救肢治療に当たっています。

小児科

傷まず、早く治るように工夫した小児の創処置、きずあとのケアのほか、体表面の先天異常の相談・治療に応じています。

その他

術後リンパ浮腫のケア・手術治療、部位に関わらず外傷・手術後のケロイド・肥厚性瘢痕やきずあとの相談、難治創の治療を行っています。しみや刺青などの皮膚レーザー治療は、自費美容診療として行っています。

入院・手術が必要な美容トラブルに対応することがありますが、原則自費診療としています。

実績紹介

当院の2023年の入院または全身麻酔の手技数は250件で、遊離皮弁やリンパ管吻合などのマイクロサージャリーに力を入れており、それら関連手術は52例でした。

また、当院で臨床研究に積極的に取り組んでおり、国際ジャーナルへ多くの論文出版を行っています。

教育・研修活動、認定施設

平成27（2015）年度から日本形成外科学会認定教育関連施設となりました。広島市内の総合病院としては、広島市民病院、広島大学病院に次いで3番目の形成外科専門医を育成する施設となりました。

広島大学病院からの臨床研修医を受け入れるとともに形成外科関連の学術発表を行っています。また、一般・患者さん向けの講演活動も行っています。
